Yes, our website is still in operation and orders will be taken, just note that your order will not ship until the week of April 8th 2020, pending further updates. 

 

When will my order ship?

All orders placed after March 23, 2020 12:00PM CET are scheduled to ship out the week of April 8th 2020, pending further updates. 

 

 Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. Please reach out to our customer service team at eu@heys.com and please reference the order number you wish to cancel.

 

Will the Return period be extended since Heys is closed?

Yes, and we will be extending our return periods for all qualified orders and we will be processing returns once our office reopens.
