Heys EU Gmbh guarantees all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund or exchange.

Please email us at Service.EU@heys.com for assistance in returning or exchanging your item. Heys EU Gmbh will need to provide you with a Return Authorization number prior to return, please write the Return Authorization number on the box

Returns

*Goods for return must be returned in the same new condition in which you received them. Used products are non-refundable. Heys EU GmbH has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition. Clients will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We do not refund product(s) that were purchased from other retailers.

Your credit will appear after Heys EU GmbH has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure. Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Once your credit has been issued, you will receive an email from our billing department confirming the refund.

Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' statements. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

* Goods for exchange must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Used products will not be exchanged. Once we have received your item(s), we will provide you with an exchange, as long as it is of the same value as the item(s) you are returning. If you decide to exchange your returned product with a different product of greater or lesser value, then we will need to provide you with a refund.
