Heys EU GmbH guarantees all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund or exchange.

Heys EU GmbH will need to provide you with a pre-paid return label to be applied to the carton(s), which must be then dropped off at a local depot for return shipment. (Excludes: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ukraine, Turkey, Russia. These customers will be responsible for arranging their own returns.)

Returns
Returned products must be sent back in the same new condition in which you received them. Used products are non-refundable. Heys EU GmbH has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition. Heys EU GmbH will provide you with a prepaid return label. Once we receive the unused product(s) back, we will process the refund minus your original shipping charges and a standard €10.00 return fee.
Your credit will appear after Heys EU GmbH has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure. Your form of payment will be refunded the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive an email from our billing department confirming the amount.
Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' statements. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Heys EU GmbH will provide you with a prepaid return label. Once we receive the unused product(s) back, we will provide you with a direct exchange, as long as the new item(s) are of the same total value as the item(s) you are returning. If you decide to exchange a returned product with a different product that is of a greater or lesser value, then we will need to provide you with a refund, and the above “Returns” section instructions apply. You will then purchase the new product(s) in a new order.
