almost perfect
love the way this bag is organized and the wheels are the right size to navigate rough terrain. the down side is tithe rough handle made to take a phone for viewing it while waiting. this impedes the ability to add the bag to the top of the case.
Amazing case
Great. But the one set of wheels locked randomly when lifting it in and out of trunk or overhead. Had to check locks off before pushing it
very nice carry-on
it is a great carry-on overall, well made...but I received an open box, it had a small paint ship on the handle...I would have appreciate a nice rebate instead of a full price...but I didn't send my complaint to Heys Canada
Review
We have not used this carryon yet and I suspect it will be fine. I was somewhat disappointed at the overall quality (as the previous carryon I purchased seems a much better quality). This does not have an expander feature which hadn’t noticed on the specs when purchased. So clearly, price wise it was significantly less expensive but I’m not confident that’s it’s the same quality as I had hoped for. Time will tell We have not returned it as it has a warranty apparently. Customer service and delivery timeline was very good.
