Heys charge away 2.0
The staff were very helpful. My luggage was severely damaged by west jet and I was advised that the luggage was not repairable. As this luggage is no longer available, the staff found the last one they had in the back and sold it to me for a discount. I absolutely love this luggage for the convenience of the weigh scale built in. I am saddened that it has been discontinued as I would have loved to purchase the carry on size as well.

Luggage review
I am very pleased with my purchase. I had an issue with the combination lock on a piece which I already owned. Your customer service was very thorough and speedy that I didn’t need to research any other manufacturers.
New Carry-on
The bag mostly meets my needs. I wish it had come with it's own TSA luggage lock vs. just the built in zipper lock. I also miss a side handle which would help with lifting the bag into the overhead. It fit into a smaller plane's overhead, but an expandable feature would also be handy.
