Online ordering was easy, delivery was fast. The bag was great and I so wanted it to work, but it was too big. The overall size measurement does not include handles and Air France requires measurements to include handles. So, I had to return it. The return experience was also vey good and they picked it up on schedule.

Just took this bag to Dominican. Loved the pockets available. I added extra wheel protectors. Wish there was an easy access pocket on the outside.
