HEYS Smart Luggage® includes Bluetooth connectivity, remote lock/unlock functionality, and an integrated handle scale used in conjunction with the HEYS Smart Luggage mobile application.
Data Generated
When a user logs into the HEYS Smart Luggage mobile application and connects to the luggage via Bluetooth, the product may process limited account, device, and product-related data necessary to provide its connected features, including Bluetooth connectivity, lock management, and weight measurement.
The luggage itself does not store user data.
Data Generation and Transmission
Data is generated and exchanged only when the user actively accesses the HEYS Smart Luggage mobile application and connects to the luggage.
The product does not continuously collect or transmit data.
Data Storage and Retention
User account information is stored securely in a cloud environment and is retained until the user deletes their account.
User Control
Users may manage and delete their account through the HEYS Smart Luggage mobile application. Upon account deletion, the associated account data is deleted.
