CanadaDefective Manufacturing or Bad Air Canada handling its a toss up but customer service saved the day
After just one use the bag split up the middle with a giant crack rendering it unusable again. Heys 5 year guarantee didn't cover the damage as it was caused by a third party (Air Canada). However, in an incredible show of customer service and standing behind their products they offered to replace the bag with one of equal value even though it wasn't their fault the item was broken. Thank you Heys, you have restored my faith in this great Canadian brand both for it's products as well as how claims are handled.

My old piece from Heys of 10 years and to s of traveling had gotten damaged beyond repair. But this bright beauty with the Grey cover to protect it fro. Gets too dirty. So far so good. I lo e Hays because they stand behind their protect and will fix the wheels for free and anything other thing if it can be do e they will.do it. Also it's light
CanadaNew Heys Devotee, great lightweight suitcase
I bought a bright suitcase from another company a few years ago and love how easy it is was keep track of. Unfortunately, the handle ripped right off after a few years! I got this bag from Heys and am super impressed with the quality, and also vs the American companies the adherence to both Canadian and USA airline sizes makes this a much better choice. Super lightweight, fits just as much as my old slightly larger suitcase, and Heys even included some holiday goodies! Fantastic company!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my sister in law. She loves it, the colour is so bright and cute, and the luggage is a perfect size and nice and light.
